What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday 09:00 - 16:00
Sunday Closed
Can I buy prescription glasses from you if my sight test was elsewhere?
Yes you can! All we need to see is a copy of your most recent (and in date) prescription and we can help you with the rest.
Can you put lenses into my own frame?
Once we have checked the quality of the frame, making sure it would survive the reglazing process then yes!
Please note: There may be an extra charge for this.
Do you do home visits?
Unfortunately not.
Although it is something that we would love to do, at this time we cannot accomodate.
At what age do you start testing children's eyes?
The average age for children to start having their eyes tested is around 3 years old, or before they start school. If you have any concerns about your childs vision, it is always a good idea to bring them earlier.
Children under the age of 16 are entitled to an NHS exam, even between the age of 16 and 19 as long as they are in full time education.
